Under the principle of establishing a technical team composed of high, medium and elementary level technicians, our enterprise employed a large number of technical staffs majored in all professional fields. In this technical team, senior and mid-level technical staff amounts to 256, including 16 senior engineers, 63 engineers, 22 senior technicians, 152 technicians, 2 masters and 1 doctor.
Our enterprise set up a Research & Development Department which is in charge of research and development of new products, improvement of products performance, drawing-making, technical-training, market research and installation & commissioning of equipments, etc. In terms of talent strategy, we adopt the method of talent combination of high and medium level. Through introducing high-end technical talent, cultivating medium level technical staff, we select and promote excellent people exceptionally according to the standard of "The gifted priority". We have established a favorable and effective Reward & Punishment Mechanism between high and medium levels of talents to utmost take advantage of their intelligence and enhance the technical strength remarkably. With constant update of new products, we believe that more talents who are longing to show their own expertise will come to work in our enterprise. Moreover, we will recruit continuously more technical talents through various ways so as to further improve our technical power.
We also set up an After-sale Service Department in which there are lots of experienced staffs. They are always ready to deal with problems arising during the running of our equipments in accordance with customers' need. "Customer is supreme" is the purpose of the After-sale Service Department.
