 Oil Cooler

Two types: plate-type and smooth tube type.

YL model of oil cooler is smooth tube, and it uses cooling circulating water as the medium to do the heat exchange.

YL model of oil cooler is mainly composed of upper and bottom water tank, shell tube and oil-filled tube. There are in-out water tube, in-out oil tube, water drain tube, oil drain tube, air drain tube and thermometer on the shell.

The cooling water flow is generally two-pass which can be divided into vertical or horizontal. Heat transfer cooling tube can be chosen with stainless steel tube or copper tube as the heat transfer components, which is decided by user's needs.

Double-joint-style oil cooler insures the oil is secure. Double-joint-style oil cooler is composed of two oil coolers with the same cooler area. One is for work and the other is for spare. This makes the units is easy to clean and maintain when running. The two oil coolers can be also used at the same time to avoid the lubricating oil temperature off the specification requirement.
