1、 Full Hydraulic Governing System

③ Mainly applied in constant speed and power steam turbine generator unit without carrying load setup.
④ The diversity factor is fixed, which is decided by the experimental data.
⑤ Pure manual intervention adjusting mode, and not only the speed raising, but also the on-load and load increase or decrease are all need to be adjusted gradually by hand.

The controllability as well as the control function couldn't meet the needs of coordination control of the units and automatic generate electricity control of the power grid. 2、Digital Electric Hydraulic Governing System (DEH)
① Mainly composed of digital controller, electric fluid server device, hydraulic actuator, etc.
② Solved the problems that the function of the full hydraulic governing system is limited by component number, machining accuracy, adjustment level, etc., and it is more reliable. Greatly enriched the functions and improved the performance of the governing system.
③ Realized electric function, closed-loop control to extraction pressure, thermoelectric involvement adjustment and priority control.
④ DEH has ports for automatic systems, such as the Coordinated Control System (CCS), Automatic Generation Control (AGC), Run Back (RB), Management Information System (MIS), etc. DEH also has the functions of monitoring operational data, protecting the generating unit when the data is abnormal and the power is unbalanced.
