Coke oven gas is byproduct of coke, 300~350m3 can be got from 1 ton coke. Use Coal and steel byproduct coal gas to generate power or heat is an energy saving way and protect environment.
Gas engine can adapt different gas and pressure requirement. This can establish power plant by coal gas, and sell power also.
Requirement on coke oven gas:
1. H2S≤100mg/Nm3;
2. Tar ≤100mg/Nm3;
3. Gas pressure more than 300mmH2O;
4. Temperature ≤40?;
5. No dissociate water in gas.
If cannot reach the above requirement, Electrostatic Tar Precipitator and desulfurizing device are needed.
