Gas is a kind of unconventional natural gas stored in coal bed, and mainly is firedamp. Gas is a kind of nocuous gas, achromatism, monotony, flammable, explosive.
Gas is also a kind of clean energy sources, which is called 2nd coal source. Use gas to produce power is a very economical way. In China, we have 35000 billion m3 gas storage.
The fuel can be gas (coal well gas), and can be matched with generator to meet customer’s different requirement.
Requirement on Gas:
1. The gas temperature ≤40? in 1 m from inlet valve.
2. Pressure 3~10KPa, pressure change rate ≤1KPa/min
3. The volumes of firedamp in the gas should not less than 9%, change rate ≤2%
4. If the volumes of firedamp in gas are less than 30%, volumes sum of firedamp and oxygen ≥28%, oxygen volume ≥16%.
5. Impurity granularity ≤5μm, impurity content ≤30mg.
