On Dec. 28, 2009, our enterprise hosted The Award Presentation Ceremony of of 1st season Labor Skill Competition. There is lathe work, miller, boring machine operator, bench work, welder, vertical lathe, total six types competition. The competition date from Nov. 14d till Dec. 19 end, lasted more than 1 month.
In the competition, there are 52 technicians who were recommended from 4 workshops. Meanwhile, blanking&welding workshop won the Top award for organization skills; Chen Yanmeng, Liu Kun, Feng Zhaoxue, Li Zhigang, Yan Wenchao, Wang Xiaomin succeeded in winning the first prize; Cui Mingguo and other 10 technicians got second prize; Zhu Lingzhe and other 5 technicians won 3 prize in benchwork team, welder team. Hereinbefore the awarded depts and individuals would be favored money rewards and commend.
Via this competition, staffs’ technical level and comprehensive quality has been improved at large. It has created an atmosphere in our enterprise favorable for learning technique, comparing with skill, advocating devotion. This plays an important and active role for improving the quality and enterprise development.
