Oil Cooler
    Plate-type Oil Cooler, Tube & Surface-type Oil Cooler
    YL type oil cooler is Tube & Surface-type, circulating water is the media of heat exchanging.
    YL type oil cooler is composed of upper/lower water chamber, shell, tube bundle and oil pipelines. In shell, there are water I/O pipe, oil I/O pipe, water discharge pipe, oil discharge pipe, air discharge pipe and pedestal of thermometers.
    Normally cooling water is double tube-passes, it could be vertical type or horizontal type. Tubes could be stainless steel or cooper as heat exchanging elements.
    For guarantee there is enough safety allowance of turbine oil, QNP designed duplex oil cooler. It is composed of 2 same oiler cooler, one working, one standby; easy for clear and maintenance when turbine is running. Simultaneous operation is acceptable for preventing oil temperature is higher than standard requirement.
